Founded in 1985 in the scenic Cotswolds, Cotswold Commons Co-operative was established by a group of local residents eager to create a housing community based on inclusivity, sustainability, and mutual respect. Our mission has always been to provide quality, affordable housing while fostering strong community ties, where every member has a voice in decision-making and mutual support extends beyond mere neighborliness.
Over the decades, Cotswold Commons has grown from a few units to a thriving co-op with multiple properties, each reflecting the area’s charm and our commitment to ecological responsibility.
