Christina joined CDS as Operations Director in June 2017 and took over as Corporate Services Director in January 2022.  She has 16 years of experience in social housing between the US and England, beginning her career working on a range of major regeneration projects where she supported resident involvement and services. After moving to London, she held multiple positions at Notting Hill Housing Trust over her years there, ultimately serving as Regional Head of Housing. As our Corporate Services Director, Christina is responsible for ensuring we have a strong governance environment, statutory and regulatory compliance, and an empowering ‘back office’ service – covering our people strategy, HR, IT and Offices – and also making sure that we have effective performance data and reporting.

Shazia’s background is in finance roles in fast-paced technology industries, which traded in: energy smart meters, property valuations and utility, mobile phone and insurance comparison and switching services.  She has extensive experience in running an efficient finance team: leading projects, implementing systems, process improvement, budgeting, reporting and analysis.  Shazia also enjoy collaborating and improving processes; and likes to always approach everything with an agile mindset.

Kristell joined CDS as Project Manager in February 2017 helping with improving services. She has over 15 years experience in social housing and started her career at Notting Hill Housing Trust working in multiple roles over her years there. Kristell is passionate about customer service, building strong communities and Health and Safety compliance.

Lev is responsible for Community Led Housing London and our work in enabling growth in the sector. He was previously at the GLA establishing the Small Sites x Small Builders programme, contributing to the London Plan, and managing social and economic regeneration projects. He also worked with LB Lewisham on the early stages of the RUSS project. Lev has studied Architecture and Real Estate and taught Design & Planning at London Met.

Nigel has over 30 years’ experience of managing housing in Local Authorities and Housing Associations, with 15 years at senior management level.  In 1997 Nigel set up and led a successful Tenant Management Organisation, taking control of housing services from the Local Authority and handing it to local residents. He is a passionate advocate of co-operative housing and is committed to our mission of helping residents shape what matters to them.
